Assalaamolaikom warahmatulahi wabarakatuhu

This has been the longest of parting away from you dear diary. I had intentionally hibernated away from you because so much, so much was happening all these years. alhamdolilah. With every letter I kept apologizing to you for delay it took me to write to you, therefore, for our own good, I decided we need to say a mini farewell to each other. I don’t know how much you missed me, but I have missed you a lot =)

Its a nice and warm sunny Sunday warming here in Swindon. Quite unexpectedly for the 1st of November, honestly. We have our coats, gloves, boots ready for the chilly winter breezes but we dont really need them for now. I am sitting on the black sofa in our lounge with Maryam, my 2 year and some months old daughter on my lap  & I am constantly asking her to sleep while I am trying to catch up with you. She is playing with her ‘Anam’ the faceless kind of doll she has, whose details I might share with you in some other letter.

Alhamdolilah, summa Alhamdolilah, the Aalimah (Read:Khaadimah) Course I had began with Zaynab Academy Online finished last May. I then went to Turkey to spend some holidays with husband and then to Pakistan to visit family and it has been nearly a month I am back. Today, we are going to Shaykh Tauqeer’s bayan on repentance, in Swindon Masjid, inshaAllah and then to friend’s house from there on.

While this is the update from my life, I do have to tell you that ever since my course finished, I feel really empty. My timetables are not challenging any more and I dont get to hear my ustaadhs voice anyday. My Aalimiyah online classes would start at  4 or 5 am everyday until about 2 pm (with few breaks in between). They were broadcasted from Pakistan and therefore because of 4/5 hour time gap between Pakistan and England, this was my daily class timetable. Last year, nearly everyday that I woke up, before, I would hear anyone, even my own voice, I would hear my ustaadh sahab’s voice either reciting from Bukhari Shareef, or explaining what Imam Bukhari Rahimullah intended by putting a certain hadees in his book, or an event from Sahaba RadiaAllahuta’ala’ anhum life. or maybe simply my own classfellow’s voices sitting in the other end of the world, waiting for ustaadh ji and meanwhile having those ilmi discussions. Allah o Akbar… imagine those beautiful mornings dearest diary. Allah ta’ala would put the virasat of the anbiya  alayh salaaam (heritage of the Prophets A.S) before me, even before putting a khaney ka nivaala (morsel of food) in my mouth.

those were the days…

Anyway, Maryam is asleep now, and I am thinking to do some preparation for the day before she wakes up so I will quickly wrap up this post. I really want to share things I have learnt all these years from my teachers. I will plan up something insha Allah. please do rememvber this unworthy slave of Allah SWT in your maqbool duas.

Until next time

Wasalaam warahmatlahi wabaraktuhu
